BricksUK Ltd work with property owners, building contractors, house builders and building product manufacturers across the UK to colour tint, weather and repair brick, stone and concrete building materials in situ on site.
BricksUK Ltd will provide the customer with goods and services as the agreed requirement and in accordance with the details and price.
The company is committed to achieving customer satisfaction and will provide a lifetime guarantee with all work to which it is appropriate.
A sample will be carried out where appropriate to show the finish to be achieved which will be approved by the customer prior to all work.
Only materials which allow the company to achieve the above will be used during our processes. New and alternative materials will be researched and tested and only used once approved as superior to those in use. Training will be provided as and when required.
The lifetime guarantee provided where appropriate sets the standard required to staff and customers.
This policy will apply to all staff.
All staff are fully responsible for the quality of output provided.
As BricksUK Ltd grows official policies and procedures will be put in place in relation to quality, information and training will also be provided during new employee inductions. Policies and procedures to be revised annually.
