This statement covers the issues of equality in the work place and how BricksUK Ltd take steps to understand and ensure discrimination is unacceptable in all circumstances and at anytime.
BricksUK Ltd work with property owners, building contractors, house builders and building product manufacturers across the UK to colour tint, weather and repair brick, stone and concrete building materials in situ on site.

The company will not discriminate - this includes during recruitment, employee opportunities, pay, training, age and to cover all aspects of employment and in relation to Protected Characteristics. Likewise all employees are expected to treat others with respect and compassion and co operate with others to ensure discrimination is not acceptable. Anything thought to be suspicious should be reported to a Line Manager as a matter of urgency and appropriate action will be taken.
BricksUK Ltd will act according to the Equality Act 2010. This policy will apply to all staff.
As BricksUK Ltd grows official policies and procedures will be put in place in relation to Equality and Discrimination, information and training will also be provided during new employee inductions. Policies and procedures to be revised annually.
